P.A. Frost founded the PA Frost Agency in State College PA

1950

P.A. Frost Son in law Casey (Ned) Cummings takes over ownership of the agency

1960

Burt Conn started the Conn Insurance agency in State College, PA

1982

Casey Cummings transitions the agency to his daughter Casey Fletcher and son in law Rod Fletcher

1990

Conn Insurance purchases the Henry Keller agency

1994

Rod Fletcher and the PA Frost Agency merge with Bob Medsger and the Conn Agency to Form Frost and Conn Insurance. Inc

1996

Frost & Conn Insurance purchases the Kissinger and Bryant agency.

2000

Frost & Conn Insurance purchases the The Paul Anthony agency

2012

John Conroy becomes an agency owner along with Rod Fletcher, Bob Medsger and Casey Fletcher

2013

Frost & Conn Purchases the Arlen Temeles Agency

2014

Scott Balboni becomes an agency owner along with Rod and Casey Fletcher and John Conroy.

2023

Alex Fletcher becomes an agency owner along with John Conroy and Scott Balboni.

2025

Frost & Conn purchases the Marshall Insurance Services Agency and celbrates 100 Years in Business: 1925 – 2025.
